What are the check-in/out and front desk hours?

The front desk is open from 9:00 AM to 2:00 AM the following day; outside those hours, check-in and check-out are available via self-service kiosk. Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.

Do you have rooms for a party, celebration or bridal shower?

Yes — Signature A and B rooms. Both have a stone soaking tub and two queen beds (up to 4 guests). Signature B adds a beam-projector cinema and a Finnish dry & wet sauna, while Signature A has StanbyME and a beam projector — perfect for anniversaries, celebrations and bridal showers.

Which room has the Ceragem massage beds?

Business A rooms are equipped with four Ceragem massage beds that help with spinal alignment. They're popular with business, family and group guests who want to relax together.

Do you have gaming rooms?

Two kinds. Four gaming PC rooms offer two high-spec PCs with unlimited latest games, and two Nintendo gaming rooms include a racing wheel with Mario Kart World, Mario Party Jamboree and Super Mario Odyssey.

Is parking available?

There are 11 parking spaces, one per room. Space is limited, so we recommend asking in advance. If the lot is full, we cover the cost of a nearby paid lot. Large trucks cannot be accommodated.

Is there an extra guest fee?

Children aged 11 and under stay free. Each additional guest aged 12 or older is KRW 20,000.

Do you offer luggage storage?

Yes, we offer luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. Please ask at the front desk.
